JOHN HARROP
Snooker has been a major part of my life for the past 40 years, having made my living playing the game from 1981 until 1989. I then moved into the business side of the sport, first working for Allied Billiards Ltd of Accrington, Lancs. and then in 1995 set up Blackpool Snooker Co. with my business partner Ron Coleman. Since then we have established Blackpool Snooker Co. as the areas leading retail and repair business.
Ron has retired recently so I am now a sole trader, concentrating my efforts on the Blackpool Shop on Dickson Road in Blackpool and my ebay shops snookershop1 and blackpoolsnookeranddarts2013 as well as the website.
Pool table repairs and sales are also an important part of the business and I regularly recover local pool tables and install new and re-conditioned tables.
