Dennis Taylor and Steve Davis played a single frame to celebrate 25 years since that famous black ball finish.
The pair entertained the huge crowd that flocked to the Crucible for a midday start with jokes and plenty of banter. When they got down to the last black they re-created those last few dramatic shots although the best laid plans went astray.
Taylor and Davis kept potting the balls they missed back in 1985 before Taylor missed the crucial shot.
