Phil Taylor and Gary Anderson have already assured their places in the Premier League Darts play-offs at Wembley Arena on May 19th, and tonight the battle recommences at the Bournemouth International Centre, with five players fighting for the two remaining places.
Favourite to make the line up should be Raymond van Barneveld who only requires one point from the remaining two fixtures and who faces Gary Anderson. Barneveld hit a 9 darter at this same venue in 2006. He last week drew with James Wade who checked out on 138 to deny him victory.
Adrian Lewis is currently on level points with James Wade but has a superior leg difference, both on 11 points, and faces Terry Jenkins who needs Lewis, Wade and Whitlock all to lose their last two fixtures and win both of his to qualify.
A resurgent James Wade takes on Phil Taylor hoping to extend his 5 match unbeaten run after lying at the foot of the table at the half way stage. Even so, he knows he will have his work cut out against "The Power" who has only lost one match which was on the opening night's matches.
Simon Whitlock will be looking to get back to winning ways after losing his last 3 and who faces Mark Webster who has lost his last 8 matches.
Order of Play -
Simon Whitlock v Mark Webster
Gary Anderson v Raymond van Barneveld
Terry Jenkins v Adrian Lewis
James Wade v Phil Taylor
