These cues are of very high quality.

I've played with many cues, most of which are your standard £20-30 mass produced cues. I was very happy with my cue until I tried my friends cue craft custom cue. Though I was used to my own cue, using my friends' just felt better and even played better.

After a few months of playing with my own cue I finally took the plunge and ordered one of these custom cues. It arrived, to my own specification, within three weeks and I'm very happy with it. It looks and feels brilliant.

The mass produced cues are lacquered, this is to protect them from warping (the wood used in mass produced cues are lathed in one go and therefore the wood doesn't have a chance to settle and so, if not lacquered, the slightest amount of moisture can warp them). The lacquer also gets very 'grippy' after a while and doesn't glide and provide a satisfying feel when playing.

Cue craft cues on the other hand are lathed stage by stage to allow the wood to settle and therefore there is no need for lacquer, this makes them feel superior to any cheap cue.

I'd highly reccomend one of these cues if you're looking for a stylish, great feeling cue. I'd also reccomend customizing it with one of the higher weights, though £15 extra, it'll make the cue feel a lot more quality.
